The Internet and mobile technology have produced a culture of information overload and collective intelligence.  Organizing & Curating is an essential part of digital literacies because information comes at a rapid pace, from all directions, and in diverse formats.  Curating takes organization to a new level by not only making sense of fragmented content but also allowing new meaning to be drawn at a deeper level than might otherwise be possible at the surface.
